Nova Fitness launched a new subscription-based fitness app and needed explosive growth fast. Traditional marketing channels were too slow and expensive for their startup budget. They needed a social-first advertising strategy that could generate viral momentum and convert attention into paying subscribers.

The Challenge

Breaking into the crowded fitness app market dominated by Peloton, Nike Training Club, and Apple Fitness+. Nova had a $30K monthly ad budget — a fraction of competitors — and needed to acquire 10,000 paying subscribers within 6 months to hit their Series A milestones.

Our Solution

We created a UGC-driven advertising strategy on TikTok and Instagram. We partnered with 30 fitness micro-influencers to create authentic workout content featuring the app, then amplified the best-performing organic posts as paid ads.
